Welcome to This Sacred Life.
My name is Nicole. I’m glad that you’ve found me, and this blog.
I’m a certified Spiritual Life Coach, mother, and wife.
More than anything, I hope we all can find peace and purpose on this life’s journey. While peace sometimes seems fleeting, it’s available to all of us. In my opinion, the quickest way to find peace is to still our hearts, connect with the Divine inside of us, and then accept life as it comes with an open mind.
My spiritual goal is to connect with the energy or source that flows through myself and all of existence, which I call God. If you’d like to learn more about my spiritual practice, you can find that information here.
Much of my spiritual practice involves finding ways to connect with nature, as well as the inner light inside of us all. I believe everything in this universe is One, and love studying Christian Non-duality. I’m a disciple of Jesus, and I enjoy learning about spirituality and world religions, while exploring my own walk with the Divine. I highly value simplicity, peace, and integrity.
I love Sharman Apt Russell’s mantra…”I am walking through the Mind and Body of God.” It’s a rephrasing of Spinoza. Often, it’s my mantra, too.
I hope you feel welcome here. May your life be full of good things!

Tao Te Ching – 9 – Good Judgment
9 Good Judgment If you continue filling a bucket after it is full, You will waste water. If you continue sharpening an ax after it is honed, You will wear away its edge. Who can protect a home full of treasures? Excessive fortune can bring about misfortune. To have true merit and a good reputation,…
Tao Te Ching – 8 – Real Goodness
8 Real Goodness Real goodness can be compared to water; It does no harm and nurtures everything. And like water, it moves towards low places, Places where others usually avoid. This is the way of God. God chooses to dwell in the quiet fields; and flows like a calm Eddy. The way of God is…
